Onboarding Specialist

As Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for new customer onboarding to drive customer success and retention. This is a customer facing role.


Beyond the obvious working with the customer to build a trusting relationship, you will be expected to create an onboarding process that drives consistency and scales. We also expect you to take the lead on project managing various teams, individuals, and resources involved in new customer deployments.


A highly motivated, team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities to work closely with our sales team while building a relationship with the customer to develop plans, expectations and timelines. 


Work closely with sales and the customer to develop repeat customer implementation plans with clearly defined expectations and timelines

Define and document the onboarding process to drive consistency and scale as the business grows

Project manage various teams, individuals, and resources involved in new customer deployments

Proactively engage in consistent communication with our customer base to ensure satisfaction and retention

Measure effectiveness of the onboarding process and seek improvement opportunities based on data and feedback


Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

3-5 years of sales or customer success experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills


Work from our brand new office in Lower Dorcol with some of the most prominent Serbian tech companies.
